Hello, Baby Hello. Haven't Seen Your Face For A While

Well hello! I obviously am a liar for saying that I would write these more frequently. Well since last time I have done just about nothing. My summer isn't turning out to be the party summer that I expected. But that's okay. I have been so busy working and trying to catch p on my sleep that I have had time for just about nothing. Except get my Driver's License! I finally have it. Third time's a charm right? Now that I can drive, I feel empowered and independent. It's so nice not having to ask for rides anymore.

Work has been the same old, same old. Well, now it's a lot more fun because Ms. Kayla Rachel works there now too! I haven't worked with her that many days but she says that everything is going good. I haven't had any work drama except with this one girl who isn't liked by anyone because she isn't great at her job.

I spend another great day with Owen last week. I swear he is my best man-friend. We just chilled out at the dock and had like a spa day. We ped-egged each other's feet. He gives THE BEST foot rubs ever. I owe him for that one dearly. I think that we have officially given up on our whole "let's write a novel" thing because it's the middle of July and neither of us has written a single page. I have no idea when I am going to get all my girl friends together for a party. I thought I was going to after Costa Rica, but that never happened. Maybe sometime after band camp.

This week is VBS (vacation bible school) at St. Vincent and I am helping out with the 3rd+4th graders. I won't be there for a few days because I have to work but I don't mind. I'd much rather be making money at this point in my life. Maybe I'll have a post for you on Wednesday. I would post more often if this site didn't like, crash my phone and I could post from there. Then I would have something to do one my breaks/lunches other than read FanFiction... Write Soon!

My Oh My

Today's title is totally fitting. I haven't been on here in over a month. And I have so much to tell you all about. Well since my last post:

• We had the Glee finale and the Secret Life premiere (1. yay, 2. blech).
• I left for and returned from Costa Rica. That trip was so amazing. I have a journal that I kept the whole time that I am gonna put up on here one day at a time.
• I got a job so I am now a working member of society. My first paycheck was worth $300! I know, right! With that money I opened a checking account so now I have a check card and a check book. My checks are so cute. They are like vintage sodas (Dr. Pepper, Crush, 7UP, and A&W). It was a tie between those and the My Little Pony checks, for real.
• I passed half of my driving test. I backed over a cone in maneuverability so I have to take that part again next week.
• I learned that if I don't finish my Hindi that I signed up for, I get an F and my GPA is shot.

So yeah, that is a basic wrap-up of everything that has happened. Minus that I learned my BFF Bree is moving to North Carolina at the end of July and I threw a party for all my man-friends earlier this week. It was the best day I have had since I got home. Thanks for making it great Owen, Jota, Dallas and Miles! I love you guys!
