*Hello my loves. How are you on this fine day? It is snowing again today but not like past snowy days. There is only an inch maybe on the ground. Overall today has been a pretty good day filled with laughs. I am sad that one tree hill is back on a hiatus. There are only 4 episodes left and they ended with Haley's mom dying. Now that means I'll have to watch Secret Life on Mondays now, sadness. But as time is passing that means that we are even closer to Glee! I have seen the preview like 20 times and every time I see it I scream a little. Last night on 16 & Pregnant I felt really bad for Nikkole. Her boyfriend/baby daddy is a waste of life. I'm happy they aren't together any longer. But they named that poor baby Lyle... Who names their kid Lyle! It's like torture! Hopefully they call him by his middle name, what ever it is.
*So here's another grand story from 5th pd. Biology! Yesterday was so eventful and full of tension. We were talking about punnet squares and C.L. made some silly comment as usual so I told him to shut up and stop acting like a crack hoe. This sparks a response from T.L. in which she says something about how she doesn't appreciate all my drug comments and that not everyone does drugs. After that I said something to which she responded to that I don't exactly remember but somehow we got to Me saying "Because you are,"(in saying that she was on crack). And her response to that was, "for your information, I don't do crack. I've never done crack. I did pills." which promote Me to say, "Oh because that's so much better!" She then went on this long thing about how pills are better than crack and how I don't know anything about her life. She eventually got up and left the room because she was so angry about the whole situation and at that point I felt like I had won the battle. Today was practically silent in class and no one even brought it up but I could tell that it was lurking in the back of their minds. I just love it how all of the fun things happen in Bio and not in any other class. Maybe I won't switch classes after all. Write Soon!
"Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months. And then, one not-so-very special day, I went to my typewriter, I sat down, and I wrote our story. A story about a time, a story about a place, a story about the people. But above all things, a story about love. A love that will live forever. The End." ~Moulin Rouge! (2001)

Post Snowmageddon
Hello! It has been wayy too long since I have posted a blog entry. I hope you will all forgive me. The only thing that has really happened since my last post is this massive snowstorm that we here in Howard have come to know as Snowmageddon 2010. It came in a series of 3 storms leaving us with about 2 feet of snow and 10 days out of school. I personally didn't mid it all too much except for the school part. I know, I am a dork. The last day we had school before Snowmageddon was two Mondays ago and we didn't go back until this past Friday. These past 19 days have also encompassed the end of the Basketball season which means less Luke for me to fangirl over, the end of FNL and numerous silly projects given to us by yours truly, Mr. Smith. That man has to be on crack to think that any teen would want to do that many posters. I am about 100 pages in to Jane Eyre which I think once the major storyline starts to pick up and develop, I will like it a lot. Next on my reading list is Pride and Prejudice. School has been pretty uneventful and there hasn't been a lot of friend drama going on lately. Though on Friday we decided that Vampire is now a religious affiliation and that they don't believe in Mormons. This was brought to realization during a discussion about The Host by Stephanie Meyer. Me, Luisa and Marissa were talking about it and were questioning how she could write the Twilight Series if Mormons weren't supposed to believe in vampires and the like. I tried to say, "Yeah, Mormons don't believe in vampires," but ended up saying, "Yeah, Vampires don't believe in Mormons." Therefore, Vampirism is now a religious affiliation that will soon be sweeping the globe. For the last couple days, DeCassie has been on my mind and I'm thinking of trying to write more for it. I think that I'm going to put in all the plot lines that Me and Luisa decided Secret Life should follow which include a school shooting, and characters that are like Miss. St. Jean and Mr. Fox. I'm thinking that she needs to be a part of a team of some kind which would cause Ty to notice her thus building their relationship but I'm not sure what I should use. I'd be ever so grateful to have you guys' input on the matter so leave me a comment expressing your thoughts on this and any other plot lines you think would be fun to add. Just a reminder she does live in Maine so it can't be like competitive tanning because I'm pretty sure you can't get that tan in Maine. Write Soon!

Stop!....Grammy time!
Hello darlings! It has been a while. In the time since my last post I celebrated my sweet 16!! My actually birthday was on Sunday, the 31st, but I had my party on the Friday before. I think that the party went well and everybody had fun. We built a giant blanket fort in the basement only to have it fall down on s at like 3 in the morning. We colored in this giant coloring book I bought that has pictures of all the Disney princesses in it since that was my theme. My cake looked like Aurora and we had hot tea along with our cake. 'Twas a grand celebration. Overall I think it went really well and I know I was happy with the way it turned out. On my real birthday was the Grammys. I am a huge fan of awards season and the Grammys are one of my favorites to watch. I usually agree with who wins a and who performs. Except Lady Gaga. I just can't seem to wrap my head around the whole phenomenon that is Lady Gaga. She creeps me out! Ok, I will admit her music is ok to listen to every once in a while, but I get sick of it really quickly. I was so happy that Beyonce won almost all of the awards she was nominated for. She is such a great role model and one of my life goals is to see her in concert. Also I love that her and Jay-Z got married because they love each other and not because she was pregnant (which she is not, that's just the way it goes down in most Hollywood marriages). Taylor Swift got Album of the Year and during her speech I was so waiting for her to say something along the lines of "Where's Kanye?!?". It would have been terrible but funny at the same time. Lea Michele's dress was one of my favorites of the night. I loved the rouching detail on the bodice and the skirt was just fantastic. I wish she would wear more bright colors or jewel tones because they would look great with her skin and I'm a little tired of the dark colors.
Everything in terms of school is going well. We have another stupid poster due for Mr. Smith's U.S. Studies class but that is nothing new. Except that this poster is worth 100 points and it has to be relatively large. I really don't want to do it. His class is fun to be in because it's like a debate type thing and we are all discussing what he is teaching so it's feels like a college class sort of. But the homework he gives us makes me want to stab myself 37 times in the chest. We are always making a poster or some type of project thing that I don't see the purpose of. I don't mind doing book work at all. I'd rather do that than all these dumb projects. Biology is going a lot smoother, but the kids in my class are still as dumb as ever. Now that C.P. moved away the class will be a lot more quiet and constructive I think. But T.H. and C.L. will still find ways to make it unbearable day by day. Mr. Oldaker has to be some sort of angel sent from God to deal with all these retarded kids. In the last week and a half I have started reading the Gemma Doyle trilogy by Libba Bray. I am currently at the beginning of The Sweet Far Thing and I am loving it. I want Kartik to come back so badly. I miss him as much as Gemma does. I am excited to see how the book turns out because I have loved the other two. After this book I am moving down my list of books to read into the world of the Bronte sisters. Up first is Jane Eyre then the other three books Wuthering Heights, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, and Agnus Grey. I have a lot of classics I want to read so I must read quickly! Well I'ma go and keep reading and then get to bed. Write Soon!
